Dil Bechara is a simple love story that involves two cancer patients, Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi as manny and Kizzie respectively. The movie is based on the bestselling novel `The Fault in Our Stars' by John Green. The movie is basically narrated revolving around Two young people very young to die. Two people who battled death still dreaming for a new beginning. It was just so sad just to digest the fact that it is the last time Sushant makes an ‘entry’, the last time he sings or dances, it is the last time he romances a heroine, the last time he sheds tears. Sushant plays the role of Emmanuel Rajkumar Jr(Manny), who has osteosarcoma. Sanjana Sanghi also plays the role of a cancer patient, Kizzie's constant companion is her oxygen cylinder which is also nicknamed as Pushpinder – which she always takes around along with her concerned parents. The film revolves around two main characters, as their love story blooms, Kizzie's dreams and wish and man other things which you will get when you watch the movie.

I don't want to write any review, judge, or give any criticizations but just sit down and watch Sushant one last time simply to witness Sushant laugh, cry, and his incredible expressions one last time.
